There has been a lot of talk about this twist on the classic Negroni cocktail. In Italian, spagliato means "mistaken" and this is a mistaken version of the original Negroni, which includes Campari, Vermouth and Gin. The Negroni Spagliato replaces gin with Prosecco, making a lighter, bubblier and less bitter version of the moody classic.
Of course at The Drink Swap we've taken out the booze to create a delicious non-alcoholic version of the Negroni Spagliato. It has all the moody, middle of the night supper club vibes of the original, just none of the alcohol. It's deliciously bittersweet, with flavours of bitter orange, vanilla and deep caramel from the Lyre's Spirits. Adding a good quality, dry non-alcoholic prosecco gives the drink a lightness and freshness that makes it more of a crowd pleaser than the original.

You can serve this one as an aperitif with nibbles or a charcuterie board or as an after dinner cocktail for seriously sophisticated sipping.
