NON 2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu is a premium non-alcoholic wine alternative with complex, bold flavours of caramelised honeyed pears, ginger, cadamom, kombu and star anise.  This lightly carbonated beverage is quite a different experience to typical non-alcoholic wines, inspired by a French-style country cider. Made with Australian Packham pears and Japanese Kombu, expect a subtly sweet, spicy, rich and complex beverage, similar in taste and aroma to a famhouse cider minus the booze. 

Created by Australian chef William Wade and Aaron Trotman,  NON 2 is Australian made, vegan, gluten-free and Halal certified.

How to drink:  NON 2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu should be served chilled or at cellar temperature, it's fantastic served as is or on ice. Natural sediment may occur, lightly shake and pour.

Store refrigerated or at cellar temperatures. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 2-3 days. 

When to drink: NON 2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu's beautiful spicy notes and slight sweetness make it the perfect drink for in front of the fire or for a Sunday afternoon session. It's also the perfect Christmas drink!

Food matches: The beautiful honeyed fruit and vanilla spiced flavours of NON 2 Caramelised Pear & Kombu are wonderful paired with roast chicken and pork. It's also perfect with a Ploughman's platter and some crusty bread.
